The staff is friendly and fine, with housekeeping noted for going above and beyond. The location is great and fine. Some areas are showing age, and the elevator is repeatedly mentioned as suspect, loud, shaky, and a cause for concern, leading many to use the stairs. A small gym is available and impressed one guest. While recommended for the area, it may be better for a short visit than a long stay.
Amazing hospitality, personality rooms food, clean Internet service no issues no problem whatsoever convenient next to the highway a lot of restaurants in the area. It was very convenient very accommodating. The amenities was excellent. A highly recommended Best Western my number one choice.

AC did not work. Room was super hot at night. We were tired and it was late so we sucked it up and went to bed. No eggs in breakfast area. No one to report this to from staff
