“We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mobility One in Tulsa, Oklahoma, thanks to William and his incredible team.
My wife Jenny and I brought in our Tesla Model X 2022, and frankly, we were at our wits’ end. Every mobility center we contacted across the country had turned us down because of the voltage differences between the Tesla’s 16-volt system and our mobility equipment by adapt solutions (a lift and Ascento transfer seat) that runs on 12 volts.
From the very beginning, William and his team stood out for their honesty and professionalism. While other shops might have tried to sell us a brand-new lift just to make a quick profit, they never once pushed unnecessary products. Instead, they focused on how to make our existing lift work safely and efficiently.
They inspected the entire system, explained every detail in a way we could understand, and offered solutions that prioritized safety, practicality, and cost-effectiveness. What impressed me the most was how much they cared — not just about the equipment, but about what it meant for Jenny’s independence.
Mobility issues are deeply personal, and it’s rare to find a place where the staff treats you like family. William went above and beyond, troubleshooting electrical compatibility, testing connections, and making sure everything was installed the right way — not the easy way.

“Ive been to this location multiple times, to lots of the one star reviews, this isn't an airport rental location. You have to plan ahead to get a car from this location.
Ive always just showed up and picked the car I wanted before hand.
Transactions take a little longer also as its not like a airport where I can just go grab my car and leave, but it takes no longer than 10 minutes, never bothered me. simple pickup and drop-offs.”
“Very good service. The attendant I picked up the car from was very nice and helpful. He gave me a card so that I had contact information. I had a concern and I was able to email the company and got a response in less than 24 hours. As it turned out, I had no need for my concern and the rental experience was great. The car was a current model and also a hybrid, which I had never driven before. I really loved my overall experience with Alamo. Check in was quick and easy, too.”

“I can't say enough good things about how my experience turned out with my latest rental at this location. They didn't have the class of vehicle I rented, so they upgraded me to an SUV. Turns out this particular SUV rode very rough which was going to be a problem for my bad back and a same day turnaround trip to Dallas. Took the SUV back and told the agent I wanted to cancel the rental. She suggested I take a different SUV that was an upgrade. After trying the seats in both options offered, I was off to Dallas in the one that was most comfortable. My family and I have rented from this location a few times and will continue to do so.”

“We were in a bind when Hertz didn’t have a rental after we had booked with them. Being the weekend, we were in a bind. We looked everywhere in town and finally got a hold of one last car at this location. We only had 10 minutes before they closed to book a new reservation with this Avis location downtown. Tia was working and was incredibly helpful and efficient. She really saved the day on this one and on a really bad day for us, she really helped us out. I’m forever thankful for the help and will be using this location again just because of Tia’s phenomenal customer service. Thank you!”

Avis saved my trip nicest lady at counter..but the BEST was on drop.off I was teary from having to leave grandkids..Moses the guy who was there to take keys etc..saw i was upset and asked if he could give me a hug...well let me tell you it was the BEST hug and totally made my day!!
