“I really enjoyed the vehicle and greatly appreciated the upgrade ; the driving experience was excellent. However, I'd like to point out a couple of details regarding the interior for your awareness: the center console compartment was somewhat dirty upon delivery, and occasionally, there was a subtle smell of cigarette smoke coming from the AC vents. Aside from those minor cleaning details, the overall service was great.”
“The woman who works here is fantastic. She was kind and understanding and made the process of renting and returning very easy. The selection was limited, but I believe this is a satellite location and likely has access to more vehicles. The vehicle we rented was clean and very comfortable. We chose the unlimited miles option on our rental and it was actually unlimited miles. There were no hidden fees during checkout or return. We will definitely be renting from this location again.”

Previous driver had gotten a lot of bugs on the front windshield and headlights where it was really hard to see, maybe needed a little better cleaning on the outside, other that that it was clean.”

“I needed a rental car while mine was in the collision repair shop. Enterprise was the rental company that the insurance company used. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. They picked me up from the collision repair shop and even offered me a little roomier car if I could wait for about 30 minutes even though it was spring break and they were super busy. I was able to leave the rental at the repair shop when I picked my car up. Everything was super easy and professional. Highly recommend!”
