“I stopped by the Gerber location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow on Friday evening. Because of the extent of the damage to my vehicle, I had to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with how kind and patient the technician was. My rear window was busted, and they put plastic over it for me at no charge to help make the vehicle easier to drive. I thought this was very considerate of them.
The receptionist wasn’t as friendly or welcoming, but overall my experience was still positive. I ultimately got the estimate from another body shop due to timeliness, but I wanted to acknowledge the helpful technician and the extra care they provided.”
“Great location and one we use frequently. Since they've moved, though, you are unable to drop your vehicle off and leave the keys in a box. That caused a problem for us and we ended up paying for another day because I didn't have anyone to help me return the car during their business hours. I miss the old location and the friendly people who ran it.”

“The woman who works here is fantastic. She was kind and understanding and made the process of renting and returning very easy. The selection was limited, but I believe this is a satellite location and likely has access to more vehicles. The vehicle we rented was clean and very comfortable. We chose the unlimited miles option on our rental and it was actually unlimited miles. There were no hidden fees during checkout or return. We will definitely be renting from this location again.”

“I needed a rental car while mine was in the collision repair shop. Enterprise was the rental company that the insurance company used. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. They picked me up from the collision repair shop and even offered me a little roomier car if I could wait for about 30 minutes even though it was spring break and they were super busy. I was able to leave the rental at the repair shop when I picked my car up. Everything was super easy and professional. Highly recommend!”
