They didn't just wax my eyebrows an trim. She cut them so short they look shaved. Now I got no brows.

Had an appointment for 11 and there was no one at the reception desk. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes before we said, forget this. Bad service and bad experience. Won't recommend, zero stars.

I've been here several times and always get great service. I've never had to wait, they have quite a few stations. I don't walk out feeling like my toes have been sliced up, like at some other places.
