Cascata Apartments is a beautiful, pet-friendly complex in the heart of Tulsa. The apartments are nice with unique floor plans, and the complex features a resort-style pool. The staff and leasing agents are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, with issues resolved immediately, and there is an after-hours help line for emergencies. The main maintenance worker is awesome and very kind. The overall tenants are very nice, and the gated community provides a safe and secure feeling. The location offers nearby schools, restaurants, and shopping. While the redone parking lot can make parking harder, vehicles remain secure.
AC went out after hours. Called the number and answering service took it from there. A person from maintenance was on it in about an hour. Got it working within another hour. Appreciate the quick response during this heat and after hours!

Went here to tour some apartments last week with my husband. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions.
The grounds are well kept and the buildings look great and well kept. I like how secure the complex is with gates and a lot of safety features.
