The very first morning they reopened, Jen allowed me to come into her office and wait while she completed the loan process that started the week before. “Setting up my checking account was very easy and done completely online. I went in person to make my initial deposit and was able to get my debit card while I was there. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I've sent messages asking for clarification on a couple of things, like is it really that easy to get 6% interest?, and I got a quick response from an actual person, not a bot.
