I wanted to give a big shout out for McKenzie Czaja. We had questions about my IRA 12 month certificate and she answered all my questions, corrected the problems and followed up with a return call. Such a great experience with your company.

Don't come to this branch if you are wanting to transfer money to another credit union. There is usually only one person who can do this and you will end up waiting on average 10 to 20 Mins.
