Our new to us car developed a miss fire. We bought the extended warranty. It needed a engine replacement. I'm sitting on five months. Car not touched. Remanufactured engine at the shop and all accompanying parts. Warranty company already paid shop! All we get week after week it's next. Called the warranty company. They are moving my car to another shop. Shop owner can't give the warranty company a definite answer as when it will be done. If ya wanna wait forever choose this shop.

Let's see damaged my radiator and replaced it with a cheap one I had a all aluminum radiator and replaced it with one with plastic tanks..broke my grill and by the time he got around to getting me another one I had my truck painted and a new grill put and the grill he got to replace the one he broke was not the right grill and having my vehicle for almost 2yrs, the 2nd vehicle I took to Ernie he had it the 1st time for over a year charged me about $4,000 more than what he quoted me and when he said everything checked out and was ready for Me to pickup the back window still did not work that I had asked him to fix and he said I thought the body shop was fixing it, I never told Ernie that and I asked why it was so much more than what I was quoted the girl checking my bill just said they had to do a lot of work on it. After driving it up a I cline it was loosing power and cutting out, Sent it back to Ernie he had it for almost another year and said the transmission was not shifting right and it had just been rebuilt just before I took it to him the first time..and he could not fix it until the transmission was fixed. So it set there for a few more months until I had it took to the transmission shop and they said someone had adjusted the transmission cable and caused it to slip and burn out the clutches, which Ernie can't say if one of his employees did it or not so it cost me.Over $3800.00 to.fix it the 2nd time Ernie had it so long the warranty had run out he was supposed to Install a Dakota dash as well and didn't install it or my classic radio right..and refuses to reimburse the cost for the things he messed up and didn't fix or replace like my tie rods and gearbox were not replaced but he charged me for them.take your car at your own risk...

Fast, and friendly service at reasonable rates. Our main service van went down crippling our business for a couple of days. They saved us by fitting us in and getting us back up and running faster than expected. Great communication, very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again!

All of the steering wheel controls stopped working slowly over the past several years. The radio controls, the phone, trip, etc. The last to go was the horn and cruise control. Ernie knew exactly what it was. My car was also rolling over 100k miles so while he was fixing that, he also serviced my vehicle. We did have a few hiccups that were no fault of Ernies or Ericas and while I likely may have sounded aggravated with the situation, they remained professional and courteous. They both have very positive can do attitudes. AND I feel like Im driving a new car!!
