The employees at Firstar are knowledgeable and responsive. I love the Free ATMs Everywhere program which allows me to use any ATM with no fees. Great group of caring people, highly recommend!

I've had accounts here for 8 years and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and are quick to get you what you need. The only thing I would change is offering monthly statements on savings accounts instead of quarterly.
