Despite booking a car on Priceline, I was charged the entire amount for my rental when I picked up the car. Customer service insisted this is not the case. So basically I paid double and have no way to get my money back. This is completely unacceptable.

Worst ever car rental, they have hidden charges, use this car rental at your own risk!!

Overcharged. Wouldn't recommend using this company at all. Stuck to the larger rental companies they are more reputable.
