“Mobility One did a fantastic job on our Ram Promaster cargo van to a mobility conversion for our daughter. They installed rear ac/heating, subfloor and flooring, EZ Lock attachment for locking her wheelchair in place, window glass on both sides in the rear space, additional rear seating, seat belts and attachments for her wheelchair and an additional wheelchair rider (if needed), power inverter for charging (chairs, equipment, and watching television in the rear space while traveling) along with various 110v outlets, interior wall and ceiling panels with led strip lighting, installed usb and 12v power ports, and a foldable rear entry manual ramp that would accommodate her Action Trackchair when we wanted to take it with us on our travels. I can't say enough good things about how great they did and how well the van turned out!”

“Easy timely process during pickup and return at Tulsa Airport Enterprise. The type vehicle I reserved ahead of time was exactly what was available. It appeared to be nearly brand new. Clean inside and out with no damage and great condition tires and windshield wipers, which I needed. I’ve never had a problem using Enterprise.”
“This location doesn’t have the emerald/executive aisles, so you have to pick keys up from the counter.
Only complaint is we had to stand in line in the garage to wait for our car, seems like they should have the line inside where it’s temperature controlled.”

Booking online was a breeze and the staff at the downtown Tulsa location were polite and professional. When I turned the vehicle in I had my deposit back in less than 30 minutes. If you want to rent a vehicle and avoid the mess at the airport I highly recommend Avis”

“I can't say enough good things about how my experience turned out with my latest rental at this location. They didn't have the class of vehicle I rented, so they upgraded me to an SUV. Turns out this particular SUV rode very rough which was going to be a problem for my bad back and a same day turnaround trip to Dallas. Took the SUV back and told the agent I wanted to cancel the rental. She suggested I take a different SUV that was an upgrade. After trying the seats in both options offered, I was off to Dallas in the one that was most comfortable. My family and I have rented from this location a few times and will continue to do so.”
“I was shocked by how great Toyota was to rent a car from. So much better than any experience I’ve ever had at other rental companies. Got me in a clean new car same day and even called my insurance company for me to arrange for direct payment so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Definitely call this place first if you need a rental in Tulsa.”

“Everyone was friendly and the process was simple. Only one complaint, and this one goes for all rental car companies (that I’m aware of), the lot attendants no longer go over the car with you showing you ‘how to’ on basic functions of the car. I literally had to Google how to open the rear hatch on the SUV I rented. The car had no interior button or lever. These days they throw you the keys and you’re on your own. That’s not good customer service.
**My response to Alamo’s response: Supportive is not the term I used, I said they were friendly. Supportive would be accurate if they had gone over the ‘how to’s’ of the car.”

“We were in a bind when Hertz didn’t have a rental after we had booked with them. Being the weekend, we were in a bind. We looked everywhere in town and finally got a hold of one last car at this location. We only had 10 minutes before they closed to book a new reservation with this Avis location downtown. Tia was working and was incredibly helpful and efficient. She really saved the day on this one and on a really bad day for us, she really helped us out. I’m forever thankful for the help and will be using this location again just because of Tia’s phenomenal customer service. Thank you!”

“This location is great, with friendly staff. My partner and I had to travel from Texas to pick up our van, since all locations in TX were sold out. I was very relieved when the staff gave us no hard time and was very happy to help. Annie, in particular, was very kind and efficient when my partner and I were picking up our cargo van. After days of chaos with other rental companies, this Budget Truck Rental location was truly a breath of fresh air and a sigh of relief.”

“Was dealing with about 5 other dealerships on the phone through text and calls. Jim Norton in Tulsa came with a good trade in value as well as a food price for the vehicke we wanted. Eric Vincent was our salesman and he was nothing but honest from the beginning and was always answering our questions within reasonable time. “Employees very helpful with helping me find my son's iPhone pad that we had left in the car after dropping it off and coming back Day and a half later to look for it.
I was in line waiting to make a claim after the first guy looked in Lost and found and did not find it. A female employee found the iPad and brought it to me as I was in line waiting to make a claim. We are so very thankful to her for taking the extra time to look for it. I believe it was probably still in the vehicle.

We love the car we got and it was more than I expected. It truly was like driving my dream car.. It was a Dodge Durango. Beautiful inside and out. There was some charges that I did not expect when I booked my rental through Travelocity. I am still waiting on the final results and there are charges when you rent from an airport car rental place that I did not know about. Other than that it has been a overall great experience. Just trying to find out the grand total of how much this all cost me.. haha! ?
