“I can't say enough good things about how my experience turned out with my latest rental at this location. They didn't have the class of vehicle I rented, so they upgraded me to an SUV. Turns out this particular SUV rode very rough which was going to be a problem for my bad back and a same day turnaround trip to Dallas. Took the SUV back and told the agent I wanted to cancel the rental. She suggested I take a different SUV that was an upgrade. After trying the seats in both options offered, I was off to Dallas in the one that was most comfortable. My family and I have rented from this location a few times and will continue to do so.”

“Hopefully this is a turn around for this location. I was scared that they would be closed after having a flight delayed and reading the horrible reviews here.
My experience was the opposite. I was almost 2 hours late after having my flight delayed, and J (Jay?) was there to meet me and handle payment and give me the keys. I also booked the car through AAA so I knew in advance that nothing was guaranteed. It was quick and easy and the Corolla they got me was awesome to drive.”
