Dropped off a literal cardboard box of returns today and it took about 30 minutes to process. The employee (I think she told me her name was Ash) understandably looked a bit over it, but she still did an awesome job handling everything and getting it done. Grateful for her help!

Their hoodies and sweats are great! Also customer service is good and they always seem well staffed. Overall, a nice well organized store.

Hollister made Black Friday shopping so easy and enjoyable. Great deals, super organized store, and friendly employees who were helpful the whole time finding my sizes. I left with everything I wanted!
