The saw short-circuited and he tried to go out of his way with a circular saw to make the cuts we needed because he promised he would get the cuts done we needed before the saw shorted. We greatly appreciated, that he still tried, even though the saw broke… He eventually was told that he was told by management he couldn’t do that, so we didn’t get our cuts that we needed… But left happy customers, even though because of how above and beyond he went for us!
