Icing provides ear piercing services. The assistant manager was very sweet and super helpful, answering all questions and making it fun. The staff are awesome, helpful, and provide amazing customer service. They are careful, explain everything well, and make sure the piercing is exactly as wanted. While some note the cost can be higher than initially stated, the service is appreciated. Customers report they will definitely be back.

Vera was amazing! She was alone on a December Saturday & willing to help my mother with piercing her ears unlike another location that couldn’t bc “too busy”. Vera spent the time to find out that my mom’s piercings had not closed up & saved her some pain lol and money. We were so appreciative of her customer service!!!!
