DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown is a familiar spot in the heart of the city, offering a convenient location and a mix of amenities. The hotel's rooms, while generally acceptable, have some notable issues. Guests have reported problems with dripping sinks, showers that don't drain well, and rooms that struggle to stay cool, even with the air conditioning running. The small bathrooms and lack of certain in-room amenities, like microwaves, have also been points of concern for some visitors. Despite these room-related challenges, the hotel's staff is praised for their excellent customer service, and the lobby and restaurant are described as beautiful. The on-site parking garage, while often full, is considered a nice perk. However, the overall quality of the hotel seems to have declined over the years, with some guests feeling that it no longer lives up to its 4-star rating. The hotel's downtown location is a double-edged sword, as it provides easy access to the city center but also limited dining options nearby. Parking can also be expensive, and some guests have opted to park in nearby lots or on the street instead. In summary, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown offers a familiar and convenient downtown experience, but its aging rooms and infrastructure may not meet the expectations of all travelers. The hotel's staff and amenities, such as the on-site parking, help to balance out these shortcomings, making it a reasonable choice for those seeking a centrally located stay in Tulsa.
Room Had a dripping sink and shower that was so Lousy I had to shut the doors to drown out the sound. Parking ramp is very tight and always full

The bed frame could have been turned around so the headboard ends was to the top and no one would hurt/hit their leg.

My family of 5 stayed in a 2 room suite over the 4th of July holiday. The room was very spacious and the hotel staff (Jimmy) went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
