Costco would not let me pick up my medicine Thursday night at 7 pm. Genscripts understood and were very accommodating. They were wonderful.”

“I apologize up front for this lengthy epistle…but Mary’s worth every word. I’m 80+ years old and a 20+ year veteran of the Marine Corps. My cardiologist prescribed “compression socks” to minimize swelling in the ankles and lower legs. The office recommended LKM Medical Equipment as a source. I scheduled an appointment for sizing. When I arrived for my appointment, I was met by “Mary”. What a truly delightful lady…admittedly in her 60’s. Mary is extraordinarily pleasant and gregarious. Altho’ somewhat difficult for her, she got on the floor and took measurements for my calves and ankles. She departed the room and returned with a pair of “compression socks” that were my size but were “closed toe” rather than the “open toe” my cardiologist strongly suggested. Altho’ she didn’t have them in stock, she was fully willing to get them for me…but that would be a delay I didn’t need. She made some brand recommendations and fully understood I’d be ordering “online” so I could get what the cardiologist recommended…in the quickest time.
Certainly, had Mary had in stock what I wanted, I’d enthusiastically buy from her. She gave me her time and expertise. When I asked if I could pay her for her time and talent, she refused. THAT’s the kind of lady who runs that business…100% ethical and such a pleasure to do business with. She took the time to show me the best (easiest?) way to put the compression socks on and also offered to assist me should I have any other questions. I believe that Mary owns LKM Medical and “Bust Stop”. IF you have need for her products, I’d enthusiastically encourage you to find Mary!”
