“For years I had to go to Walgreens for my medications. It was a horrible experience every month, as I take at a minimum of 10 scripts per month. When my Dr.'s office recommended Couch I called and the immediate response was "yes we will help you". Then when asked if I wanted all of my medications transferred it was the easiest yes ever! I have been a customer now going on 4 months and I have been extremely please. The fact that they have a delivery service for when I cannot get off work is the best. I have never come across one single employee who has had a poor attitude. I LOVE IT HERE!!!”

I know the comparisons among worthless, mediocre, decent, trying hard but does not know what they're talking about and from above and beyond. Most people go out of their way to complain and really convince others to avoid something or someone. I want to take the time to appreciate people with real skills. Robert at the membership counter deserves some sort of raise, promotion and recognition. I actually looked and squinted my eyes at his badge and really had to make sure it didn't say CEO or like Manager next to his name. WTF Costco?! It's a regular employee badge. If you want quick decisive help and at the same time a perfect detailed explanation on literally everything they offer; then ask for that guy. Genuinely cool, sociable, calm and collected under the pressure; it was a Sunday and that placed was PACKED. Also, in the most non-confrontational way, he coordinated the chaotic line of impatient people standing everywhere to be helped; Guys like that need to be immediately moved to the top before something or someone kills whatever inspires them.”

“The general consensus among many consumer that have bad service and poor attitude are common among many businesses. I had the opportunity to experience just the opposite of such commonality with GenScripts Pharmacy on 41st and Hudson in Tulsa. I was experiencing anxiety as I accidentally took a double dose of a certain medication and I needed advice from a pharmacist. First, I called the corner drug store that I purchased the medication from, but the recorded messages kept advising me on everything except what I needed to speak to a pharmacist. After my anxiety combined with my frustration forced me to remember GenScripts, as I have purchased other medication from them. In less than 2 minutes a pharmacist was on the phone and sounding courteous. I can sense her willingness to listen while understandably being busy with other clients. I stated my case and the name of the medication I took, she clarified the matter for me in about 40 seconds and assured me that I will live. She took away my anxiety, frustration, in exchange of nothing. GenScripts, does not preach customer service, they practice it. The pharmacist that rescued me is Courtney. Thank you again Courtney.”
