I was able to easily schedule and appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. It took an hour for the oil change. When paying we realized they had not asked which type of oil I preferred but they offered to honor coupon I had for next service as well.

I highly recommend the 11th/Yale location! I’m sure they got tired of me calling daily to check on my car but they were always helpful and friendly!
