I called and had a 2 second phone call with a lady who was rude as hell and hung up on me before I could even say what I was looking for. I DONT recommend them. If that’s how they answer the phone I feel sorry for anyone who rents from them

I was happpy to be treated with patience , all straight forward and polite buisness manners. The staff was also helpfull with information on direction to a bin, etc... Most important is the experiece at Memorial Mini Storage , was fast , yet efficiant , the Grounds Are clean, safe , and private.
