I had an incredible experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I just have to give a huge shout-out to Jim! Not only did he help us with a quick and easy headlight replacement, but his friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience a breeze. He changed both of our headlights in no time at all, and everything was done with such care and precision. Jim really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this location for their top-notch service and professionalism!

This store and their crew are awesome they waited on me to get here past closing time on a night when it was going to get way below freezing and I need an antifreeze for my other truck. If it weren't for them I'd have a cracked blocked thank you crew at O'Reilly's

The people at the counter were very knowledgeable and gave me the right part very quickly. I also received a discount for being a veteran. That was an extra bonus! I tried to buy a windshield wiper blade, but they couldn’t find anything that’s compatible to my car. The cashier told me that he will take care of the return but only the partial fund got back. Highly doubtful about their expertise in auto parts and customer service.
