I have always had good luck with these people. For me there is something different about how they do their job. Always cheerful, always helpful. Can't pin point why I prefer O'Reilly's but they are my first response when I need auto parts.

The place was virtually empty when I came in to pick up a belt for my 2008 and Honda they had it. I paid $45 for this serpentine belt. It did take about 5 to 10 minutes for them to find the belt.
