Store manager Brandi had the customer service skills of Idi Amin and the personality to match.
Spent nearly $300 on a battery and wouldnt help with instal even with me being disabled.
Will not be back.

Waited for one female employee to get off the phone because she had the key for some speakers to find out they couldn't even get into the storage where their own speakers are kept. But this was close to 8 pm, so I would avoid going later to avoid any frustration

Billy helped me yesterday with my car issues and went above and beyond to get me what was needed. He even looked at my car to make sure I was getting the proper parts to fix the problems and explained everything to me in detail/let me take notes. He also let me come in within minutes of close and was kind enough to stay later so I could get the parts I needed. Great experience and highly recommend going to billy and the rest of the O’Reilly crew on Peoria.

walked in to ask about new brake pads, the younger guy rang everything up to a total and when we asked him to repeat himself, he ignored my mother and pretended as if she was not there at all. I believe the man’s name was “billy” or something similar, according to his name tag, however he gave us attitude before ignoring us completely. he looked over and around my mom as if she was not there, and then completely walked away from us, mind you, there were no other customers, neither was my mother being rude whatsoever. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I worked at and shopped O'Reilly's for years. However, overall service has declined. I go to Auto Zone more often because of friendly and more helpful employees. The store at 51st and Peoria, Tulsa, Oklahoma is where I usually have problems. I live right across the street from them and I very rarely go to that store. Other stores are usually better.

These guys were straight forward with the products they have in stock, they don't try to push the most expensive one on you. They were polite, and quick. Pretty hard to find friendliness and patience like that In today's world. Well stocked location. Thank you guys.

Went in to just get an air freshener pack at the 51st and Peoria location…. and noticed the sales associate (skinny build, black glasses, brown short hair) following me around as if I was going to steal something!! Literally aisle to aisle! I will add I am Hispanic.
Don’t spend your money here…or else you might get caught shopping while being brown.
I didn’t have any baggie clothes or anything that would indicate I was going to steal…yet he immediately assumed….I felt very profiled and he was unfriendly when I came to check out.
Normally I wouldn’t comment on this but that was ridiculous! I am a very free American Citizen and I don’t need anyone making me feel anything other than that

I came to this location on 1-23 to get a new battery for my car. The gentleman that normally helps me was on the phone but the was a woman there & when I told her what I needed she said they wouldn’t install a battery because it was too cold. I was shocked! He had since gotten off the phone & looked shocked as well & said let’s see if we can help her. I told them to forget it & went down the street & spent over $200 there. This woman was extremely rude & I will not be doing any business with your company in the future.

The don't know what goes in your car. Don't use their reference system for parts, they'll send you out with the wrong parts and even oil.
