I normally come here for small things but mainly Mealworms or crickets. It's a neat place to browse and explore. Unfortunately i don't support they're animal care for the fish or sketchy factors of where the critters like snakes-spiders etc came from or fact they don't gender them or know themselves. *Asked an employee for the snakes gender*
There care guides will vary depending on the critter, but looking at the guide, depending on species can vary.
The restrooms are located on the very back of the building, so it's a hint of a walk.
How they stack pellets with glass enclosures were also not great.
For treats, foods and products are not bad at all.
Staff many times of visiting were very nice.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, very empathetic. Actually feels like a petstore. Welcomed and such. I have been to other ones and they're horrible. These people actually love their job😁💖

Was here on May 7th @ 230 and had a large woman with glasses get rude with me for absolutely no reason. Walking thru the store with the dogs and she came up to us to make sure we knew not to go in the locked training room. Well duh it was locked. I told her a long time ago dogs use to go in and play with the previous trainer, she got aggressive “don’t try and go in there!” Completely unnecessary and do not appreciate having her up in my face on a weird power trip. If this is the new trainer she is awful. Even the dogs wanted away from her and these little munchkins love everyone

The young man working the registers 430pmish on Sunday April 6th (not the one with the fro) was rude and unprofessional. He needs better training or to find a new job. I've been on Earth many years and had plenty of pets, including fish. He snatched a betta fish away from me because I wasn't purchasing a heater and didn't have a tank with a filter. I went to get a fish to go in with a hydroponic plant...in a bowl WAYYYYY bigger than the little cups that the fish are kept in at the store. Not to mention, my daughter's friend just bought a betta from the exact location and no one gave him a hard time when they saw he only bought a fish bowl. To demand that I make additional purchases to be able to get the $20 (most expensive one) betta is insane. He finally called the manager who came out and talk to me and allowed me to get the fish. This behavior was unacceptable...if he wanted that specific fish then he should have already bought it

Had to go to the register to ask someone to help me get some fish. Once they came they were helpful and friendly and the fish selection and health was solid.
