The Relax Inn is described as a cheap place to stay, but with significant drawbacks. Multiple reviews state it was dirty and had poor staff with a foul attitude. The service was not that good, attributed to the area and homeless people around, requiring guests to keep to themselves. Some rooms were clean, but issues like a leaking sink, only cold water, broken outlets, and a window that didn't open were reported. There is lots of foot traffic and roadway noise, making it quiet some days but not others. Maintenance has people clean rooms every day but Sunday, and no bugs were seen. However, guests indicate they won't be wanting to come back unless the place cleans up and does something different to treat guests better.

Cute cozy rms, area isnt fantastic with vagrants looking for a place to sleep or trouble-bringing TPD presence along Admiral here, which is well needed.
