Hours: SCHEELS is an employee-owned company with a great selection and friendly, helpful staff. The store is clean and wheelchair-accessible, with aisles easy to navigate. It is an incredible store featuring a colorful Ferris Wheel and a massive salt water aquarium on the lower level. Employees are polite, helpful, and utterly fantastic. The store provides a 10/10 customer experience, as shown when a customer returned a hard-to-clean, moldy cup. The manufacturer showed no interest, but Scheels immediately honored their policy, allowing the customer to grab another cup. The manager took care of a one-cent difference. The gun department employees are amazing, with a friendly, patient, and talented gunsmith and an awesome gentleman. The store offers 85+ categories including hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, biking, and fashion, with world-class brands like Nike, Under Armour, YETI, and Traeger, all backed by the SCHEELS guarantee.
