“Commercial Stand-Alone Batting Cage Frame Bundle arrived in a timely manner to our residence and was packaged very well. All parts and pieces were accounted for. My wife, 10 year old son and I were able to assemble most of the frame in a few hours. I did pre assemble a few pieces in the basement before taking them outside. The net is high quality and heavy so I recrutied some family help to finish the install. Very high quality product and I look forward to using it with my son and the guys I give lessons to for years to come. Customer service has been a 10 out of 10. I have included a few photos of the frame and cage. The pad was installed locally by professionals and I look forward to adding turf. I highly recommed this product and the company.”

“I purchased a Schwinn AC performance plus from them a year ago, and it's still going strong. When we moved, I wound up misaligning the fly wheel, but a technician came out today and repaired it. He also showed me what I needed to do in the future, in case it happens again. I see some comments on this review section about service charges, and I just wanna point out that maintaining any type of equipment has costs associated and should be expected. I was more than happy to appropriately compensate an hour of work and product education, as well as the reassurance that this year old product is in great shape.”

“One of the best experiences I’ve had visiting a sports store! Every employee I walked by greeted me and asked if they could help. When I went to the fitting area to ask about pricing and what was involved, a gentleman kindly offered to size me for free. He even had me take a few swings so he could recommend the type of shaft best suited for my swing speed. I really appreciated the personal attention and expertise, it made the whole visit enjoyable and I actually learned a lot!
Looks like a lot of bad Reviews on the employees. Sometimes customers just aren’t approachable and have a bad attitude, it’s not the employee‘s fault. If they had issues in the past, they have resolved them now!”

“The mall was so hot, crowded, and no stores had good stuff.. but this store was amazing and a breath of fresh air. Came with my 3 daughters on probably a way too busy of a day.. and was getting super overwhelmed until I came in to Pac sun. The employee helped my girls figure out their size and what my girls wanted and brought them each 5-8 things to try on. So attentive, so patient, so genuine from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out. I know I can trust Pacsun if my girls needs some clothes, even if it’s expensive, the employees make it worth the money.”
