I went on a Friday as soon as they opened and went to the hot wheels isle and noticed a hot wheel box on a cart that workers had stocking up . So I asked the guy stocking if I can open the hot wheel box and I’ll put them up myself. He stated that he wasn’t sure if I was allowed to do so and said to ask his manager which I waited for because he was at the front unlocking doors so I waited about 10 min or so to talk to the manager. Next thing you know a guy walked up to the isle holding the box I asked to stock myself I was very disappointed with the worker and manager I’m sure the guy that was able to get the box before me was a regular but seems to me there’s favoritism that played a role in this disappointing matter

7/25 scored drops to 1 because issue listed below hasn't improved. Full store, 1 checkout open, no self checkout.
An 11 minute trip in and out, mid morning, and 10 minutes was spent in line. More than 90% of a visit spent needlessly on an issue that could have been solved with self checkout, or cashiers who don't seem like they're half asleep.

Please stock the trading and sports card section. It's deplorable 90% of the time.
Ready made food options are never available, used to come during my lunch break. Now they are all out all the time, salads are always changing, employees buy up all the food options too.

The only reason I go to this target is because it’s right down the street from me. Otherwise I would avoid this target at all costs.
They seem always under staffed. There is never anyone available to help or that wants to help. If you need some help at customer service, just forget about it. You will be there for at least 45 min.
And completely forget about doing drive up/pickup. They will never come out and bring it to you.
The little employees that are there are doing the bare minimum at best. And there are several employees that give me the creeps or just annoy the shit out of me. There is one cashier that will literally question you about every purchase that you are making. I avoid him at all costs.
This target could do better. And target as a corporation needs to be better at staffing their stores.

Long time target shopper, love me some target. BUUUUUTTT they’re forcing me to stop shopping there. I online shop with target and when I say every single shipment for the past 2 years has had an issue I mean every single one…. Ontop of that their customer service to rectify any issues is INSANELY bad. I don’t agree when companies make the customer jump through hoops when the company is the one that made the mistake. I’m currently sitting at #71 in line to wait to be helped through the target chat and I don’t have time for this. Target has become a waste of my time and I’m sad about it :(

Able to find everything I was looking for in the maternity section and then while checking out Keegan congratulated me on my newest addition arriving soon, it was sweet he went the extra mile to make me feel celebrated!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Guthrie. From the start, he was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. My concerns were ignored, and I was met with rude and dismissive behavior instead of assistance.
Guthrie never introduced himself and he had an aggressive demeanor. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, but unfortunately, I left feeling undervalued and disrespected.
I strongly advise management to address these issues and improve their staff training. On the other hand, Breanna was absolutely AMAZING and her customer service was outstanding. Even though it was not her fault, she apologized for his demeanor and she was highly respectful and professional.

I'm leaving this review mainly for their SFS and drive up crew. They're always so quick to pick my orders and usually always well under the 2 hour window. They're also quick to bring it out to my car, rarely do I wait more than 5 minutes. So very appreciated!
