One particular employee has received criticism for rudeness, impacting the shopping experience negatively. On the other hand, positive interactions with staff like Andrew and Breanna highlight the potential for excellent customer service, with Breanna recognized for her helpfulness and knowledge. Overall, Target provides a convenient shopping experience but has room for improvement in customer service during peak times.
This Target was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. They had a good selection, and even though I don’t typically shop at Target, it was close by and super convenient. Bonus: there weren’t many other shoppers, so parking was plentiful and stress-free. Overall, a pleasant and easy shopping experience.
