I recently financed a car through TFCU and experienced fantastic customer service throughout the entire process. The team was knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased with all my interactions at this branch.

The bank is not military-friendly and overcomplicates basic customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is a joke, do not get a vehicle loan through them. They changed my policy without notifying me first and then got ahold of me and demanded back pay. I've had nothing but trouble with them. And dealing with their customer service is nothing but a headache
