I was charged a refueling fee, I called to dispute it. The phone system said it would call me back to avoid waiting on hold, but when it did call back I was put on hold for a few minutes then the call disconnected

Was just there helping a friend move some things but very nice and a very clean place of business

This is the worst U-Haul location. Most of staff is not trained adequately to assist customers. They can't handle issues with technology.
