Olivia did a phenomenal job on my hair! She gave me the most beautiful blonde/ash color I've ever had and she's so patient and thorough, especially with my ton of hair. I'm so happy I found her. Also!! I'm allergic to the ammonia in the color and she placed the color on my entire head so naturally with my roots....she's literally amazing.

I went here for a simple haircut and that's essentially what I got. The only thing I have to complain about is that the stylist lectured me about how it was my job to warn anyone that gets near my hair that I have sensitive scalp. In my opinion it is her job as the stylist to take a minute to get to know me and ask a few questions instead of just acting like it's my fault when she pulls my hair.

Honestly best customer service I’ve gotten at an Ulta in a LONG time. Associates searched high and low for the one item I couldn’t find, and after not finding anything, even recommended other stores for me to look at and other solutions. So kind, so friendly, great customer experience.

I booked a curly cut appointment with Vida. This is supposed to be 1 hr 30 min service. As it should be since it takes that long for a true curly cut. I was there for less than 1hr. It was very clear from the beginning that she was NOT experienced in cutting curly hair. She cut my hair wet, used a brush and pulled my hair straight and then cut. Resulting in shorter hair rhsn i wanted. Furthermore she tried to get me to sit under the dryer. I left looking like a red frizz ball. I'm VERY unhappy with the cut I received. It was NOT even close to a curly cut. The curly cut service needs to be removed from her list of services she provides as she is NOT skilled in this area. So much for treating myself.. I can provide pics as well. A refund or a free cur by someone who is truly skilled in curly hair is what would make me happy.

Just wanting to say what a pleasant experience I had at tulsa hill's location. Jackie walked me to the product I was looking for Unlike another location where they just pointed across the store. Jackie explained to me about the product and how it worked. Hard to get good customer service nowadays but you certainly get it at this location. Ro was very nice also and I will definitely shop at this location from now on.
