Just went and dropped off a FedEx return. Not only was the lady at the desk absolutely amazing, she realised we hadn't been given clear instructions and directed us on how to correctly return something next time. I didnt catch her name but whoever she is thank you so much you made our day blessedly easier.

It's smaller than I'm used to, but when I needed scripts right away they got my scripts quickly. Not only that but they were extremely nice. Bravo guys and gals 😍

Having an adversarial relationship with your customers is not a good thing. If you can't have a public restroom on the south side of Tulsa, then something is wrong. It may have something to do with your outrageous prices, and bizarre staff. Aren't you based out of Chicago? Clean up this nonsense.
