I've been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes thus far. Not one person has greeted us, not once has anybody said, it'll be a few minutes, nothing, not even eye contact. This is why I do not use Walgreens anymore. The only reason I'm using them now is for an emergency for my daughter. You guys are awful. I'm calling corporate ASAP. Good day.

My pills got shorted. Stayed on hold for 24 minutes to talk to someone. They had to review camera and determined that they did short me. Go to pickup shortage and the pharmacy tech was so rude. Said I didn't have a prescription to pickup, explained what happened wanted to know who I spoke to, blah, blah and finally went back and got my shortage threw in the tray and closed it as a fast as she could. No thank you, sorry that happened just rude. It was an inconvenience to me for the pharmacy mistake. Count your pills people. I'm know mistakes happen. I wasn't that angry since they made it right but I don't expect a rude attitude when I have to make a 2nd trip to pickup walgreens mistake.

Made appointment for vaccines not only did they not have them after they said they did have them and after wasting my time the actual pharmacist was very rude and condescending he acted like it was my fault for making the appointment this man should be fired

Wonderful, kind, helpful pharmacists and other staff. HORRIBLE choice by corporate to close so many locations that the wait to pick up prescriptions exceeds 30-45 minutes.

I went in to buy two items because the app showed they were a certain price. Got to the counter and they each rang up a more. I showed the cashier the app with the exact items. She tells me that if I order on the app I can get them for that price in store but not at the register. Catch up with other stores Walgreens and make the savings automatic. Especially if we have signed up for a Walgreens savings account.

The staff has always been friendly and professional. I needed insulin for my daughter and they went out of their way to help me get it. Much appreciated. I have actually switched to this location as a result. I see a lot of bad posts on here but this has definitely not been my experience with this location.
