Additionally, the pharmacy website sometimes does not reflect the actual medication records, causing further delays. Long wait times can occur, especially when the pharmacy is busy, such as when it takes over for other local stores and experiences high customer volume. Despite these challenges, the staff frequently stay open past hours to serve customers, showing dedication. Overall, Walgreens is appreciated for its friendly service and commitment, but improvements in stock management and prescription accuracy could enhance the experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you call you will be on hold for an hour or more, the lines are always long. Will be switching to a different pharmacy that is not Walgreens do to the constant lack of care.

The Walgreens I go to is at 31st and Garnett and they are amazingly helpful and friendly, and I've yet to meet an unpleasant person there yet! Thank you Walgreens for being my go to pharmacy I would ever want to go.
