Waited inside in line for about 20 minutes finally got to the counter. They said the prescription would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes, since my son felt like crap we asked if we could go through the drive through to get it, she said yes. Wait in the drive through for 25 minutes to be told it wouldn’t be ready until 7:30 and they also acted like we didn’t give them the prescription inside, saying the Dr had just called it in!! We had just been in there 20 minutes ago with the prescription talking to the lady!!! Lamest Walgreens in the world

The store isn't half bad, but the pharmacy is the worst.
I used to work at another walgreens as a pharmacy tech, so I know what a decent pharmacy operation looks like...this is not it.
After 3 visits that took 30+minutes (one being 1hr and 16min) I decided to try the inside to see why...their pharmacy is inefficient, messy, and lacks leadership by every metric. I've never been so dissatisfied with a business before, it was so bad this is my first bad review on anything....It really is just that terrible.
Not only would I not recommend this location, I'd specifically tell people to choose a different location. You could live 1 block away, and still get your prescription faster in the next town over 80% of the time.

Was told by the corporate office to call this location because one other location had closed there pharmacy for the entire day that had my sleep meds. The corporate office said this store could transfer it. Called the lady said unless someone was at the other store then she can’t do anything. I started telling her what corporate told me to tell them and she flat hung up on me.
This location and the one on 3600 and Washington have been the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. How does a pharmacy not open their pharmacy for an entire day. It’s unacceptable. I need my medication and what happens with someone who could suffer a lot worse if they go with out a dose.
The manager at 3600 and Washington made me dig a receipt out of the trash to get a phone number for corporate
