Hello All,
In this world today all we have as humans is our word. When that is broken it hurts. However, we all need to realize including myself. We all make errors in life. I had a great conversation with Andre this morning. Awesome man and is only one person. Give him some time to fix things. With this said Andre held up his word, I will hold up mine. I contacted the BBB on my lunch and explained that Andre and I spoke and cleared up everything. Rating 5 stars for Andre and his excellent work.

“Very accommodating and helpful! If they don't have what you need at one store they can check the other or order it from the warehouse. You can text their number to place an order and they'll even have it delivered to you for a fee! Lots of options and they carry very clean haircare lines.”
“I enjoy shopping here. It's so easy. As a member, I have options- I can ship in-store, order a curbside pick up, or have items shipped to me. In store, I can use the app to scan and go instead of waiting in line. Also, their pizza is pretty good! We grabbed a couple for the family, and they said it would be about 10 minutes- that's exactly how long it took. We brought 2 home, and the kids were thrilled!”

“Costco was extremely busy on Good Friday, with long lines and crowded aisles. Despite the chaos, the staff did a great job of keeping things moving and were helpful and friendly. It was definitely a hectic shopping experience, but we were able to get what we needed.”

“Just had the best experience with the tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam's club. Jason the department manager took ownership of a problem I had with getting all four tires in that I ordered. He made the problem his own until it was resolved. His three employees, Arly, Steve and Anthony were very professional and took care of my hard-to-mount tires. The whole team was great to deal with. I give the whole team a thumbs up. Thank you.”
“Love me some Costco no matter the city state or country. This one is not different. I highly recommend the premium membership and credit card. Pays for itself several times over for gas alone. Always crazy cheap high quality products that get rotated out. Always $1.50 hotdog. Pizza is a must for feeding a crowd, especially fast and cheap.”

“The tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam’s Club is the best. I had special ordered a tire over the phone with the call center that never arrived. It had been sent to another store by mistake. Jason the department manager tracked it down and let us know he finally got it. He worked us in that day and it was fixed. I won’t go anywhere else for tires.”
“This place moves fast with its busy times around 12-3pm. They keep it clean, and there's no one hanging around. The guy on site is friendly and helps out if you need help.”
