“Great place to fuel up—prices are usually lower than most other stations in the area. The pumps are clean, and the lines move pretty quickly even when it’s busy. Having multiple lanes makes it easy to get in and out without much hassle. Definitely worth stopping here if you have a membership.”

In this world today all we have as humans is our word. When that is broken it hurts. However, we all need to realize including myself. We all make errors in life. I had a great conversation with Andre this morning. Awesome man and is only one person. Give him some time to fix things. With this said Andre held up his word, I will hold up mine. I contacted the BBB on my lunch and explained that Andre and I spoke and cleared up everything. Rating 5 stars for Andre and his excellent work.

“I have always had great experiences with this company. They have bailed me out of many jams. The most recent one, was one of their mechanics named mike.He walked me through one of my problems with my Forklift over the phone.This day and age that is very hard to find.everybody’s trying to empty your pocket’s out anymore.He helped me out at no charge walked me through some troubleshooting and got me up and running. It was a true blessing!When our forklift is down,Buisness is down. I Just wanted to reach out and say thank you mike and all American forklift. You guys are great.”
“I would have rated this lower after my experience with a tire purchase and installation. My car was fine before the new tires, but afterward, two rear sensors stopped working.
I appreciate Andrew, the manager, for stepping in and handling the situation professionally. Even though I had to pay for two new sensors, he took care of the other two and provided excellent customer service. He is truly an asset to the company.
I do feel the technicians could use more training to better handle situations like this and find solutions other then blaming on the year of the car.

“Very accommodating and helpful! If they don't have what you need at one store they can check the other or order it from the warehouse. You can text their number to place an order and they'll even have it delivered to you for a fee! Lots of options and they carry very clean haircare lines.”

“I enjoy shopping here. It's so easy. As a member, I have options- I can ship in-store, order a curbside pick up, or have items shipped to me. In store, I can use the app to scan and go instead of waiting in line. Also, their pizza is pretty good! We grabbed a couple for the family, and they said it would be about 10 minutes- that's exactly how long it took. We brought 2 home, and the kids were thrilled!”

“This is the best price on diesel fuel that I've found in the area so it's my go-to. They have four diesel pumps but only two of them are usable by most trucks. Unfortunately also a lot of people that don't need diesel tend to clog up those diesel pumps, which is a little bit annoying but whatever. I usually don't have to wait more than three to five minutes.”
“The tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam’s Club is the best. I had special ordered a tire over the phone with the call center that never arrived. It had been sent to another store by mistake. Jason the department manager tracked it down and let us know he finally got it. He worked us in that day and it was fixed. I won’t go anywhere else for tires.”
“Our family loves costco. I have been a club member since 2005 now. It will always be costco hands down in my book for by bulk shopping. My autistic daughter has an eating disorder and every time I bring home croissants she goes crazy. She will eat the entire package if I let her. Lol. Im not going to lie they are the best.”

“The only one thing that really bothers me about going to Sam's club is the darn driverless machine that drives around the store with a vary loud beep noise that it vibrates my ear drum. I have to have my noise reduction headphones on when I go shopping or I cant go. The noise is the debilitating for me the even as I type this review I hear it beeping through out the store in the back of my head when im not even their right now. Plus its also super frustrating when it follows you around also. Please do something about the robot on wheels.”

I used to just pay for prime for a month, but with having to pay $5 for prime vid ad free, I am more skittish about it.”
