“If I could give this store a 10, I would. Been coming here for years. I am beyond happy with the customer service of every employee. Everyone has gone above and beyond and never been or shown a bad mood. I love that I can get so many items on sale to get the best bang for my buck. The products are of highest quality, not just value. if you purchase a product that is not up to your standards, they will gladly return it, with minimal exceptions. While you were here, go ahead and gas up as the gas is at least $.20 per gallon less.”

“Just had the best experience with the tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam's club. Jason the department manager took ownership of a problem I had with getting all four tires in that I ordered. He made the problem his own until it was resolved. His three employees, Arly, Steve and Anthony were very professional and took care of my hard-to-mount tires. The whole team was great to deal with. I give the whole team a thumbs up. Thank you.”

“Went to Costco this afternoon to try some of their food, we decided on their churro and strawberry sundae. The churro was only $1.49 and the cream was pretty cheap as well. You order/pay at a kiosk and will get a receipt with your order number. The food came out FAST! The churro had a great taste but was V E R Y flakey and not chewy at all. I was hoping it would have more of a chewy. The ice cream was super velvety and full of strawberry flavor! For the price, they were great! Next time I want to try the chicken bake!”

“I always love the prices at Sam’s fuel stations. I enjoy the extra long houses so that you can go to either side. I have a suburban and I’m able to stretch across the backside whenever My fuel port is on the opposite side. I will still give Sam’s Club a five for the price and convenience. However, their pumps tend to be a little slow on the diesel side well worth the wait. I usually have the Sam’s up ready to roll when I get there and all I have to do is scan the QR and fuel up without going through all the options on the keypad. I love it you can use any credit card you have assigned to your Sam’s account.”

“Robert gets 5 out of 5 stars! I've been in customer service my whole life. I know the comparisons among worthless, mediocre, decent, trying hard but does not know what they're talking about and from above and beyond. Most people go out of their way to complain and really convince others to avoid something or someone. I want to take the time to appreciate people with real skills. Robert at the membership counter deserves some sort of raise, promotion and recognition. I actually looked and squinted my eyes at his badge and really had to make sure it didn't say CEO or like Manager next to his name. WTF Costco?! It's a regular employee badge. If you want quick decisive help and at the same time a perfect detailed explanation on literally everything they offer; then ask for that guy. Genuinely cool, sociable, calm and collected under the pressure; it was a Sunday and that placed was PACKED. Also, in the most non-confrontational way, he coordinated the chaotic line of impatient people standing everywhere to be helped; Guys like that need to be immediately moved to the top before something or someone kills whatever inspires them.”

“This is my favorite club. If we have any issues they have been quick to fix them. We use the scan and go. Only issue is you have to watch the pricing because sometimes it will scan wrong, normally it is only a few cents though.Seem to be always stocked with what we need and I love the instant savings on scan and go.The staff has gotten more friendly over the years and I appreciate that.”
