“Using the Lowe's app is convenient but it is also disappointing when it comes to products, when ordered in the app , it shows there is inventory but not until the following day then a message is sent stating order is ready for pickup but we don't have One of your items, that's frustrating because I could have picked up what I needed the day before when there was a store near by , by morning I'm 40 miles away. They need to have real time inventory for the store items are ordered from and also the app need the option allow you to exchange an item rather than cancel it and have to wait 5 days for credit back . In regards to the Mustang, Ok store, employees are amazing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Ruby was helping me last and her people's service skills exceeded my expectations she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues and was simply amazing. She was the cashier that checked me out and For that a 5 star is well deserved.”

“Went into Ace a couple of weeks ago looking for a flip lock. I had one I had bought at an Ace in TN. and I love it! They didn't have one but I sent a picture to the lady that worked in the store and she ordered me 2, they came in quickly and were under $5.I appreciated the speed and service! I can't remember her name but she was older than the girl that waited on me this week. Thanks for your help!!”
