  Poor communication. Did not Communicate 10 day holds on new deposit checks. So almost screwed my account up. Didn’t communicate that I couldn’t deposit/cash checks written to me personally. Even though I have a business account with my name on it solely. Plus no free checking for new accounts. Other have... read full comment

  The visit to Wagoner really made me realize how great Arvest is at my home town. 20 minute wait and they still needed lots of help to get the paper work complete. The manager Missy kept saying it will be just a minute but that was really honest.
