“These guys are great guys to work with. They may be moving at a slower pace but who needs to always be rushing. They have a decent selection to shop from and any tool to fit ur need. If they don't have what u need, they will get it there fast. Pricng is about equal to Amazon prices without having to wait for delivery. So prices could be better. Been a long time customer for over 20yrs.”
“When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to Loretta who took my info and said she'd look into it.Due to Loretta's help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!”

“This review is for a store associate by the name of Haffiz whose positive attitude and determination saved me an additional trip. I came in after seeing online that this location had 4 gang wall plates in the color white in stock (36 to be exact).
When I got there however, none could be found so I asked the front desk and and they sent Mr. Haffiz over. After searching a bit, I was ready to peacefully conceed defeat but Haffiz kept saying "don't give up," as our eyes searched the expansive stacks of inventory. Just as I was expressing my gratitude and he his apologies for my inconvenience he finds the exact item I need; hidden due to the box being turned, obscuring the item/SKU #.
I thanked him perfusely as he truly went above and beyond never giving up even when I did. I AM so grateful and hope management reads this and gives him proper recognition because it's very clear that Mr. Haffiz is one of those special people that truly cares..and it shows. Thank you again?❤.”

Only reason am giving 5 stars is because of the 2 delivery guys that brought my furniture they were awesome great with people wish I have gotten their names.”
“Great location for this hardware store. Every time I come to this location the customer service is always pretty good and the store stock usually is equivalent to the stock online. It is in a busy location area but surprisingly it is usually never truly ridiculously busy. I definitely recommend this location.”
“I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. I have been to the Edmond store about 8 times so far all the employees on the floor as well as the cashiers are wonderful. Eager to answer your questions and help you find what you need.
