“An employee by the name of Raquel Konyves exemplified what a bank teller should be. I came in to deposit money into my account, but the total I gave her was very wrong. She made nite if it and informed me that I gave her an amount much less than what she counted. There are still people in this world that have integrity. She should be working in the corporate office! Thanks so much Mrs. Konyves for your professionalism!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Mina Fowler and the level of service she provided. I was out of state when a mistake at the corporate office resulted in my account being frozen. Needless to say, I was completely stressed and panicking because I suddenly couldn’t access my banking services while away from home.
I had worked with Mina months before and immediately tried to track her down because I knew she was someone I could trust to help. Once I finally got connected with her, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. After I explained the situation, Mina immediately jumped into action. She took ownership of the problem, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked diligently to get my account unfrozen and back to normal as quickly as possible.

I called BOK and they put a dispute in and credited the money I had lost back to my account in minutes, before we ended the phone call I had what I had lost retuned.”
