I had a great experience at the Metro Store today! Caleb was Awesome. He took the necessary time to figure out my issue. I don't think people understand how hard it is to find a good Cell phone Tech. Also, I am Handicapped and in a wheelchair. Being able to go into a store and sit with a person who actually listens!
