Pioneer crew showed up for scheduled Fiber install, they called prior to confirm.

The crew was professional and respectful in asking my preferred location of equipment, placement of entry on my house, and they especially did great on running the cables with the grout on our bricks. It's a very clean job.

Tech was very helpful in explaining the app and expectations. He tested connection in several areas around the house. There was a small issue with my subscription and the tech said he would call it in. He followed up with a quick call to make sure it was showing up in the app correctly.

Great customer service from this install crew! Highly recommend their Fiber. Running 8 devices is a breeze and no interrupted services.”
