“Shorten my novel. I had a brake light go out in my spotless 14 year old AWD TURBO JUKE. I stopped in at O’Reillys for a bulb. Never changed one so I googled it. Everything went perfectly getting the entire light off the fender. Removed the old bulb, tried to put in the new. Tried and tried. Nadda. Thought it looked a bit different, so back to the store 7 miles away. A person came to me, looked it up, nope, correct light. I offered some $$ if he’d help. He headed to my car. Nuts were hand screwed in so he had it apart in no time. He worked and worked. Looking at the grooves in the light. Just would not go into the slot. FINALLY, it popped in place. He had me check all lights to be sure. All worked. He screwed the bolts back in by hand. I told him I’d tighten them. I then offered the $$ I mentioned in the store. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I’m the manager here, it’s what we do. ANY Auto part needs, I will drive the 14 mile round trip to buy there. GREAT to see old fashion business again. O’Reilly’s HWY 152 Mustang Ok”
“This store has some of the best employees and team members! The managers are very knowledgeable and helpful, this place feels more like the olive garden cause they treat ypu like family haha. But seriouly if you are in the area and need automotive parts or need some honest information and assistance you wont be disappointed. What I like the most is the way that the associates there arent just trying to sell you parts they seem to really try to help you resolve your issues and not just waste your time from throwing money at problems, I cant remember for sure, but think his name is Alex,(Im pretty sure he is the store manager) has helped me several times and always goes above a beyond the call of duty!! Definitely a good choice having a person that is able to set the standards high and leads his team by setting the example of the type of service that every customer should receive. Good job O'Reilly keep up the good work you got my business for life!!!”
“I went here the day after a death in the family to get batteries for an old camera, the guys behind the counter were really nice and even gave me 5 of the batteries for free because no one else had bought them. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will be going here for any more battery needs”
