“Shorten my novel. I had a brake light go out in my spotless 14 year old AWD TURBO JUKE. I stopped in at O’Reillys for a bulb. Never changed one so I googled it. Everything went perfectly getting the entire light off the fender. Removed the old bulb, tried to put in the new. Tried and tried. Nadda. Thought it looked a bit different, so back to the store 7 miles away. A person came to me, looked it up, nope, correct light. I offered some $$ if he’d help. He headed to my car. Nuts were hand screwed in so he had it apart in no time. He worked and worked. Looking at the grooves in the light. Just would not go into the slot. FINALLY, it popped in place. He had me check all lights to be sure. All worked. He screwed the bolts back in by hand. I told him I’d tighten them. I then offered the $$ I mentioned in the store. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I’m the manager here, it’s what we do. ANY Auto part needs, I will drive the 14 mile round trip to buy there. GREAT to see old fashion business again. O’Reilly’s HWY 152 Mustang Ok”

“I went here the day after a death in the family to get batteries for an old camera, the guys behind the counter were really nice and even gave me 5 of the batteries for free because no one else had bought them. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will be going here for any more battery needs”
“Enter on Greenfield Center Dr after you get down the street 2 street on your right. No signs telling you where to go. Appointment was at 11 could not get me in early really friendly office staff but I’m at the dock at 11. Space to pull in so not really a problem at all but could be more space for OTR drivers. Unloaded by 12:05”
“I stopped here to pick up a part that had just broken as I was in town and 45 miles from home. Ryan was super helpful and friendly. He got the part needed and even did a price match to the local competition and that was a nice extra. I would gladly go back to this location if I am ever back in that area and need parts. Great helpful friendly staff.”
