The store rep Jeni was helping me make an insurance claim( which would have left me without a phone for two days) stopped and said let's look at your plan and see what I can do. She figured out a way I could get a new phone and keep my bill about the same as it was!!!!! Plus she figured out a way I could add a Samsung watch to my plan. I cant thank her enough! “I recently went in to transfer a number from AT&T and was really impressed with the service I got here. I will say I’m not a patient person and didn’t want to spend all day doing this and Angel did not disappoint. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of the rebates and promotions. One of my promotions didn’t show up in the app, but Angel gave me his number so I could text him in case this happened. He texted me several times (even on his day off) and we got it sorted. No where else can you get service like that and I certainly didn’t expect a text on his day off but he really went above and beyond.”
“They wouldn't take my phone on return it was a 4g phone and I wanted a 5 g they fail to tell you that when you make a purchase. But the manager was trying to get the phone activated and he finally did and because I waited a long time he gave me a credit. Nice guy. High five to the manager.”
