“Had an AMAZING! Experience! Shelby and her team were amazing to work with! I had some questions about my bill and Shelby was amazing about explaining everything to me in an easy to understand way! While I was there I watched Shelby take a call where she was being yelled at and sworn at by a customer and she handled it amazingly! She was incredibly professional even when the person who was evidently having a bad day was yelling loud enough for me to hear across the store while I was waiting to be helped, I def think that Shelby needs a raise, I never realized quite how bad people treat others in retail. Mad respect to those who are able to handle doing it long term.”
“Excellent customer service. I was trying to get a little more time out of an old Android and Cecilia went above and beyond to assist. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We 'tried' something but with the upgrade to the 5G network, looks like my ancient phone needs to be replaced. Cecilia looked at my account (I've been a 'Boostee' forever) and I'm able to get a new phone for $15!!! Stopping by on Monday to pick it up. I'm not very tech savvy so they will transfer everything on the old phone to the new one for me. If I could give this location 100 stars, I would.”

The service and professional work that Christian did on our first visit with answering our questions was phenomenal, leaving the store that night I felt confident in making the move to T-Mobil... Our last visit was to make the change, Christian was on leave and the Store Manager Jaime took our case. I have not had a more pleasant and amazing experience with a phone company ever. “The team at this location is by far the best in the industry. I came in to possibly switch from T-Mobile and they rolled out the red carpet for me. They not only gave me more perks and better service they also were super friendly and made the switch super simple. My rep Arnold made it to where my bill would be about the same with T-Mobile but also had way more benefits. I was able to get myself and my family all new iPhones 17 pro maxes and set up home internet. If you’re thinking of switching come see Arnold.”
“They wouldn't take my phone on return it was a 4g phone and I wanted a 5 g they fail to tell you that when you make a purchase. But the manager was trying to get the phone activated and he finally did and because I waited a long time he gave me a credit. Nice guy. High five to the manager.”
“We stopped in on a Sunday to get some help for my mom's cell phone and Atlana took care of us. She was so professional and patient and helped us. She went above and beyond to make sure all my mom's needs were met as well as helping her get a better cell phone plan. Atlana even helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my phone that I didn't know could be changed. This store is very fortunate that she works there. We could not have asked for a better experience and a more helpful person. Please make sure Atlana knows she is valued.”
