“My daughters and I came to upgrade a phone and switch numbers, we were helped by Johnathan. He was so IMPRESSIVE, INFORMATIVE AND PERSONABLE. He was able to review my account for inaccurate charges since I moved from Sprint and explain the benefits of being with T-Mobile now, told me about the current promotions and help me decide on which phone would be a better deal, ALL while playing a game of hangman with one of my daughters and listen to the other talk about middle school drama. He provided excellent customer service. Fast forward an hour later, I forgot to tell Jonathan that I did not have a sim card for the older phone we activated. We went back to the store, this time with my teenage son in tow. He was with another customer but when he finished, he came straight to help us again with a smile and set the SIM card quickly. He then engrossed my teenage son in conversation too. Jonathan mentioned he was heading to lunch when he saw us but wanted to make sure everything was done correctly on his part. THIS GUY IS AMAZING!”

“Cassidy Lu was amazing and so helpful. She finagled for a few minutes and figured out how I could keep my same monthly bill but upgrade to the new Galaxy S 24 without changing my monthly bill. She said the new phone would be in tomorrow, (1/30/24) and when she gets one in, she would call me so I could come in to get my new phone.Before I got home my phone rang and it was Cassidy, saying the phone just arrived. (The new phone is launching today, (2/1/24) so I'll be going back in today to get my upgrade. If you go to the T-Mobile at Reno and Hamby, be sure to ask for Cassidy and tell her Wade Carter sent you.”

“Alexander was able to fix a problem that I’ve had for over 5 day in a little over an hour and this man still had the nerve to apologize for the “long” wait. The store was busy when I arrived but I was still greeted and checked in within 5 minutes. The wait was a little long but they communicated the entire time and let me know my place in line, which was appreciated. This location was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Anything else comes up I’ll save myself the time and just visit this location.”

They are super super sweet and have great costumer service, very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Cox! If you ever need to change your cable or anything I would highly recommend them, they have saved me tons of money and some of the friendliest people I have ever met.
