“This store is great. The manager is very knowledgeable about the the cellphones and recommend the best plan for me. I live no where near this store but it was worth the drive. He helped me transfer everything from my old phone to the new one.”

The service and professional work that Christian did on our first visit with answering our questions was phenomenal, leaving the store that night I felt confident in making the move to T-Mobil... “We stopped in today to have our screen covers replaced. I was already having a tough day, so regrettably I was a bit irritated when I learned they didn’t have in any in stock. That’s when Cameron let me know that it could be shipped directly to our home. All of the employees at this location were patient and accommodating. “The team at this location is by far the best in the industry. I came in to possibly switch from T-Mobile and they rolled out the red carpet for me. They not only gave me more perks and better service they also were super friendly and made the switch super simple. My rep Arnold made it to where my bill would be about the same with T-Mobile but also had way more benefits. I was able to get myself and my family all new iPhones 17 pro maxes and set up home internet. If you’re thinking of switching come see Arnold.”
“They wouldn't take my phone on return it was a 4g phone and I wanted a 5 g they fail to tell you that when you make a purchase. But the manager was trying to get the phone activated and he finally did and because I waited a long time he gave me a credit. Nice guy. High five to the manager.”

“We stopped in on a Sunday to get some help for my mom's cell phone and Atlana took care of us. She was so professional and patient and helped us. She went above and beyond to make sure all my mom's needs were met as well as helping her get a better cell phone plan. Atlana even helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my phone that I didn't know could be changed. This store is very fortunate that she works there. We could not have asked for a better experience and a more helpful person. Please make sure Atlana knows she is valued.”

He talked us thru everything, gave us all our options and then worked with us to get thru some obstacles, all while being mindful to keep us within our best pricing. “I have had Dobson as both my internet and phone comany for 10 years. Debbie and her co workers are awesome i have very poor health so i have to have a land line and if you pay for the 80 internet shoot...we run 4 smart tv's 7 cell phones rinning on data only so we save our data for on the go 2 xboxes and 2 playstations' ALL MY ADT 24/7 bc i have 2 cameras and spotlights with night vision AND......6 Labtops.....they are so inderstanding. ANYTIME I've ever had a problem.....ive had 4 strokes and 3 brain surgeries...dobson telephone has been more than understanding. . they are kind and understanding...but you have to be calm and civil and understand those ladies all they did was get up and go to work but i guess some ppl think that bc someone works for a company that they do not control anythong except entering data....they come out when i call and they never leave me on hold!! I truly appreciate their servive(pun intended)”

“I recently went to this location and had Tesla help us and she was amazing! We have two lines and we were told the other line couldn't get an upgrade But Tesla looked it up and She found that we were able to get it and she helped us. We were so appreciative to her. “The technical staff is very on top of assistance when we need it to update our new phones. My family is a an excellent plan. We have been with USC for almost 25+ years. My concern is that at certain times of the weekend there are not enough staff to handle the inflow of patrons. This has happened to me when i just want to pay a bill and there are others in front of me wanting to purchase phones etc. I would recommend to suggest to the staff (if there is one staff only) to ask people coming in the door “are you here to pay a bill” and get them to the head of the line instead of delaying 45 minutes (which happened to me once). Otherwise have at least 2 workers there instead of one especially during peak periods.”
