“I had a pleasant experience this weekend, following an unpleasant experience at another branch.I was warmly welcomed and serviced quickly and efficiently by Theresa. I told her of my poor experience at the previous branch I had been to and she received what I said with understanding and empathy. She worked quickly to get me what I needed and when we ran into a small obstacle, her customer service supervisor came in to provide additional support. I left the branch satisfied with great appreciation for the great customer service I received from the staff. This branch is a little farther from my home, but I would much rather go there.”
