“Visited Scotiabank today for a bank draft , it was super fast and hassle free thanks to the wonderful teller! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Great customer service – not enough words to thank her! Highly recommend!

“My experience with this bank is great, staffs are helpful even evidently tired. My favorite is Lesa, when we are in the line she knows everybody and call them by their first names and she is the go to person I notice. Everybody ask her for anything. Great customer service, Thank you that you have Lesa in your location. Good job!!”
“The teller Belal all the way to the left gave stellar service. I felt heard and understood with my financial problems. It was a fantastic experience, I’ll definitely be banking with CIBC again”
“I went into this branch yesterday (it's been over 5 years since I used this RBC branch) and I experienced a warm welcome & excellent service provided by Mihina & Qamar. I returned again today to do another transaction and saw Qamar again, he was just as welcoming & kind to me as he was the day prior. Service provided on both days was efficient, without any complications and that's what's needed when dealing with banking/your money.Thank you Mihina & Qamar for your service provided.”
