“I had an excellent experience with Luisa. She was extremely professional, friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. Luisa went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend Luisa to anyone looking for a great banking experience.”

“What a wonderful experience dealing with the 1st teller on the left. She was courteous, efficient, and saved us some fees. Such a lovely girl, we wish more were like her!”

“Love this location( new pictures needed!) I feel very welcome and appreciated here by all their Team! Appreciate everyone, but special favourites are Maryiam, Mary and Media. They go above and beyond for us! I trust Scotia as they gave us a chance when we needed one, and now will always be loyal customers! This branch reminds me of when I was a kid and would go in to my neighbourhood bank and everyone knew you and treated you with kindness and appreciation. The new location is sparkling and very welcoming!”
