You should call to make sure they have it ready or bring the fax/prescription paper. They have been stubborn in the past saying they didn’t receive anything

Extremely long wait times, irresponsive staff in person & on phone, never correct with their stock & mostly no notifications on meds readiness. Did not setup even the customer profiles correctly.
