Bad customer service. On March 09 my wife went to do her eye exam there. She was there before and used our insurance, but the secretary did not want to look for her insurance information. Our daughter did jer eye exam there just a couple of days ago and she has the same insurance provider. Still, the secretary did not want to look for any information. When I called them back, she advised me that "they are paper based office". Therefore, there was no way to find the information. Really???

Costco in Ajax manager is a first class axxhole and always has been every interaction. Today was a special one! I was at the cash checking out and I want to pay for two boxes of chocolate cookies that for we're from my wife's girl guide group separately the cashier refused, saying I didn't have a business account? Why do I need a business account just to pay separately for two items? Sure enough, the manager just happen to be walking up and I recognize him from. Previous encounters he confirms that because I only have an executive account I can't pay for items separately I say to him, but what if I just pay for two items come back in line and pay again what's the harm? There's never any negotiation with this guy and what did the cashier do she crumpled my receipt and toss it at me and the manager always sides with the employees never the customers I hate his guts I spent $20,000 a year at that Costco no more after today soon as my membership runs out in January Finito.

They had my prescription on file and they got it wrong. Then was told it would be another $220 to make the right prescription.....if I had of known that I would have went else where. I asked for a bottle of cleaner as a courtesy for my trouble and was told there only for sale.....terrible customer service....last pair of glasses I purchase from Costco!

Had bought contact lenses last week, the older gentleman was super kind and explained the different types of daily wear contacts and what my options were. Not even a week later I got the call that they received my contacts and I went in to pick them up. Had a free contact fitting today, and the younger gentleman that helped me was super kind and funny. He even labelled my contact boxes “L” and “R” for me. I’ve also been buying my glasses from this Costco for years and have always had a good experience.

I just found out that this place offers a free contact lenses fitting with a purchase of contact lenses as long as you have an updated presciption. I used to pay extra $$ for the optometrist from my previous optical shop just to do the contact lenses fitting, and it was so expensive! All these years, I had been doing that. I have a dry eyes which makes it very uncomfortable for me to wear contact lenses for a long period but this kirkland brand turns out to be more comfortable than the other brand I used to buy. Thank you so much costco!!

Came here to buy a Seville tower fan to beat the heat without running AC all the time. The store was busy for a Monday. The fan was $49.99 after $10 discount . The Costco website sells it for $59.99 after $10 discount with free shipping. We also bought our favourite seabass fish ij the frozen aisle. The self serve checkout line had two lines my side was super slow. I wish they added barriers to ensure lineup is first come first serve. Check your mail for latest warehouse savings and offers.

I heard so much about the Costco pizza. All positive, so I thought I'd try it out today. It is horrible! Awful! Two bites and threw it out. A salty, doughy, greasy mess. Seriously ... this is the worse pizza. It is worse then Pizza Pizza and that is difficult to do. The Pepsi Soda machine is also a 1 star. There is no carbonation to the soft drinks. Just a flat sugar water. So far the Costco food court is a 1 star across the board.

I would like this message sent to customer service as I had a wonderful experience I wanted to share at the Ajax store warehouse.I would like to share best experience I've had at the Ajax store with the manager Reanna. (I don't know if I spelled her name right)I had a problem with my dishwasher and she was able to put a credit on a gift card so I can buy another dishwasher you haven't stock at the Ajax locationShe was amazing so concerning and helpful. I want to say that I think she is the best manager I've ever spoken to at the Ajax Warehouse or any of your Costco stores. Because of her I will continue to buy all my appliances and everything else I need.She deserves a big raise or something else.Thank You Reanna I really appreciate what you did for me and my family.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. BTW, they measure your PD (pupillary distance) for free with a fancy device (and not a ruler like some other places). Glasses were good too, ready in less than a week. Decent selection of frames; even a picky guy like me found something suitable :-) They usually have discounts off the 2nd pair.

Ordered glasses and was told I would be contacted in 1 to 2 weeks. Over a month later I have heard nothing. Attempted to contact the optical department with no success for over 30 minutes. Operators were useless. No one answered and no one would listen. Still have not been able to get a response about my glasses. Will never be buying from a costco again with this customer service.

Ordered glasses and requested for Rush order. I was told I will get a call for pickup and I have not received in 1 and half weeks. They do not acknowledge it as a problem and I am never shopping again with them.

I am not recommending this clinic which is located in Costco because they don’t care about patient they care about only money. My son eye have problem and my doctor suggests me to go with your optometrist and which I did and they didn’t take care of my son eye and they said you can go to hospital.

Waited about 10mins to get in. The place was pretty much jam packed with people. Though it's understandable that we all don't like waiting. But it certainly did felt like too many people were inside especially during covid and the numbers are raising everyday.

Definitely was not happy with my experience. Nothing against the staff as they were friendly and helpful. But I bought a pair of defective glass frames that were scratched, so I exchanged them for another pair which which this time were plastic but again the frames arived defective with part of the side glasses melted I was willing to exchange them just for another pair frames but somehow they didn't have them in stock anywhere they were discontinued the same day that I ordered this those frames that they were discontinued just doesn't make sense to me. It seems Costco head office is not quality checking their products which makes me wonder if the reason why they are cheap is because the manufacturer's they purchased from are given them the bottom of the barrel products. Finally after the second mishap I returned the glasses for a full refund and will be looking else where for quality glass frames.

Dr Lai is rude. Probably not coming back here. She definitely needs to work on her social skills. She’s driving a lot of people away.
